Define the objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Acquire resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. ? Key Responsiblities: Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project including scope, budget, schedule and resources. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Drives IT infrastructure projects (phone systems, servers, security applications and hardware, etc.) from concept to completion. Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. ? Job Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree with Project Management experience using one or more known project methodologies. 5-7 years relevant work experience in managing IT Infrastructure Projects Project knowledge preferably with call center technology Fluency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Visio Working knowledge with project management software and/or SharePoint a plus. Technical aptitude to include understanding of basic technology operations and functionality Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead team members Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of resources to include technical staff and upper level management Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment
